Baird Brightman, PhD
Baird Brightman, PhD helps people succeed in their career and business by strategically managing the human side of work. Educated as a behavioral scientist, Dr. Brightman has worked as a researcher, health professional, leader and consultant. He has been a lecturer at the Harvard Medical School and an instructor and adviser at Harvard's office of executive education. Baird is a principal of WorkLife Strategies in Ventura, CA. He consults with private and business clients on career management, talent leadership, team optimization and talent assessment.

Marcia Hyatt has worked in leadership development for over 30 years. A master trainer in Barry Oshry's systems thinking and a certified coach by the Deep Coaching Institute, Marcia is co-founder of the Center for Emerging Leadership, which has hosted a Women in Leadership series since 1997.

Gayle's approach to coaching and facilitation is eclectic, drawing on Integral Coaching training, adaptive leadership principles, discernment practices, adult and organizational developoment knowledge, and her extensive experience in nonprofits, social justice and philanthropy, including 20 years as the Executive Director of the Mary Reynolds Babcock Foundation in North Carolina and chairing the board of the Center for Courage and Renewal. Transition is the theme in most of her coaching, which focuses on supporting new foundation and nonprofit CEOs to succeed and encouraging mid-career and younger staff to discern and move into their next calling.

Barbara Hummel coaches leaders from a wide range of organizations to help them be more authentic, effective, and joyful. The consistent thread to her professional background is in seeing possibilities: growing organizations from ideas, adapting approaches to meet needs, bringing in new perspectives. She has had a consulting practice since 1997, and has been a facilitator with the Center for Courage and Renewal since 2002. Martha Lee has worked for over 20 years in the nonprofit and philanthropic communities in the Upper Midwest, and she understands that genuine curiosity and careful listening are required to achieve results. Most recently, she managed the Bush Fellowship Program at the Bush Foundation, a regional foundation working in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and the 23 sovereign nations that share geography with the states. Martha spent the majority of her time at the Foundation advising individuals and organization on how to increase their effectiveness and grow into their potential.
